After reading The Important Book by Margaret Wise Brown, we wrote about the important things about Cedar Park and Leander. Our school is in the town of Cedar Park, but our students live in both Cedar Park and Leander.

The most important thing about Cedar Park/Leander is our school and our fire department. We live in different neighborhoods but we are all friends because we go to the same school. Our school has a nice playground and good lunches. There are a lot of kids in our kindergarten, but our class has the most friends. There is a big park in our town where we play soccer and baseball and there is a police department, too. But the most important thing about our town is our school and our fire department.
