Hillsboro is a small rural town in Loudoun County, Va. Hillsboro is 202 years
old or 252 if you include the years it was called The Gap. It is located in a gap in
the Short Hills at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Hillsboro was once called
"the town made of stone." It has a population of 96. Hillsboro is the
fourth smallest town in Virginia in population and the second smallest in size. It
is about 53 miles NW of Washington, D.C.
The most
important thing about Hillsboro is that Hillsboro is a safe place to live.
Hillsboro teaches kids at the

Hillsboro school is small and round.
Hillsboro school has new computers.
We have a good first grade class.
Our school teaches us how to work.
We have nice teachers in our school.
The old stone school has memories in it.
We have two stores in Hillsboro a jewelry store
and a country store.
There are a lot of fields and hills in Hillsboro.
We have good animals in Hillsboro like deer and foxes.
Hillsboro is a small town.
People come to visit our old homes.
We live and stay warm in our houses.
But the most important thing
about Hillsboro is that Hillsboro is a safe place to live.
