PROJECT OBJECTIVE:
To provide a fun way of measurement, comparision, and communication via the Internet.

Jennifer Wagner is hosting this collaborative project.

The Hypothesis
Jen says:
It is our hypothesis that the creme filling in a bag of DOUBLE STUF OREOS will
NOT EQUAL IN WEIGHT that of the filling of REGULAR STUF OREOS.

Most of us believed that the creme filling in DOUBLE  STUF OREOS weighed
more than the filling in the REGULAR STUF BAG.

Here's how we tested our hypothesis:

We scraped the filling off one 18 ounce bag of DOUBLE  STUF OREOS and weighed the filling.  We also scraped the filling from one 18 ounce bag of REGULAR  OREOS and weighed that filling.

We used a kitchen food scale that gave both ounces and grams weight.

The filling in the bag of REGULAR  OREOS weighed 3.25 ounces.

The filling in the bag of DOUBLE STUF OREOS weighed 7 ounces.

Conclusion: There is about double the filling in Double Stuf cookies.
