Project Groundhog

2005  This year Annie, our project groundhog, saw her shadow on February 2, 2005 and predicted another six weeks of winter.  With all the snow we have had since then, perhaps she's correct!

Take a look at the other "Groundhog" project team members for this year.

2004

lucky.jpg (31821 bytes)Meet Lucky, our class groundhog.  He saw his shadow on February 2, 2004 and predicted we'd have another six weeks of winter weather.  Our class disagrees with this furry rodent!

We don't think he can really predict the weather and change of season.  We are ready to say goodbye to winter after so much snow and cold temperatures in January.

We'll be tracking the temperature on schooldays for the next six weeks and sharing our weather data and community information with other classes.
