~ Moms of the Year 2006 ~

 

 We pretended to write a letter to the editor of a newspaper running a contest for the "Mom of the Year". 

All our moms should win because they are the best!  We hope you'll enjoy reading our letters.

Dear Editor,

     My mom is the Mom of the Year because she loves me.  She gives me good food and she gives me hugs and kisses.  Most of all she is the best mommy ever!

     My mom is the Mom of the Year because she tucks me in bed and when I get hurt, my mom gives me band aids.  My mom makes the best food.  But she loves me most of all.

     My mom is the Mom of the Year because she helps me go to the Halloween shop.  She gives me healthy food.  She takes me to the doctor's when I am sick.  I love her because she helps me with my homework.

     My mom is the Mom of the Year because she stays with me when I am shy.  She tucks me in bed at night.  When I get hurt she gets me a band aid.  Most of all she takes me to my sports and she loves me!
