Our school reading consultant, Ms. Parascandolo, works with small groups of students. Ben and Helen are first graders who read Junie B. Jones Is Not A Crook with Ms. Parascandolo. Ben wrote the review for the book. Ben and Helen each drew a picture showing a scene from the book.

Junie B. Jones Is Not A Crook

Junie B. lost her new mittens. She thought they got stolen. Junie went to the lost and found but they weren’t there. She was sad because her grandpa gave them to her. Read the rest of the story to find out what happened to her mittens. You will enjoy the funny parts.
