My class read Junie B. Jones Is a Party Animal and this is what they had to say about the book…

In this story Junie B. Jones spent the night at Lucille’s house.  Lucille showed off her things and doesn’t let anyone play with them.  We like this book because we can relate to the characters.  When I spend the night at somebody’s house I want to pack all of my things like Junie B. does.

I would recommend this book because it’s funny, the author has good word choice and it reminds me of my friend.

Our favorite part of the story was…

We really enjoyed how Junie B. talked to that Grace and Lucille. She talks really funny throughout the story. We also liked the part when Junie B. kept getting in trouble with Nana during dinnertime. You can't miss the part where they played dress up or had a great time bouncing on the bed. Those were the best parts!

Our recommendation would be to read this book because Junie B. Jones is hilarious and she is constantly up to something. Especially being a Party Animal!
