As a class, we discussed the many changes that occur in the Fall and the various holidays.  Two of the books we read were, The Fall of Freddie the Leaf by Leo Buscaglia, PH.D and The First Red Maple Leaf  by Ludmila Zeman, which were excellent.   We did a variety of activities including writing poetry.  We wrote a poem as a class and then the students typed up their own poems on the computer and produced a Powerpoint presentation including sounds and pictures.
