4A : Kristi, Austin, Ronnie, McKenzie, and Dylon wrote and illustrated an acrostic poem:

 Leaves

L eaves are changing colors in fall.
E ating good food on Thanksgiving.
A pumpkin is growing in the pumpkin patch.
Very good football is happening in fall.
E xciting things happen in fall.
S eeing leaves fall cause fall is here.  We love it!

F locks of geese or others flying to a warmer place.
A utumn leaves fluttering off the trees.
L eaves of summer turn red, yellow, brown, and fall off the trees.
L ater in the fall, everyone in the family sits down to a big    
   Thanksgiving feast.

S oil is deep for
E very deer to chew.
P acific Ocean Coast
T he salmon swim in from
E very sea.
M ajestic birds swoop down.
B luebirds turn south.
E ggs that salmon lay are cleaned in
R iver gravel.
