Sample Lesson Plans:
Using Computer For Planning
Each week I write my plans using a
template created in Microsoft Word. The columns, headings, KEY (to my abbreviations),
daily activities (who goes where and when), are already on the pages and I just need to
adjust for the week.
A great feature of this is being able to copy "already typed text" into the
template. I often work with a previous year's plan and copy objectives that I'm using now.
It's also terrific when adding website addresses (fewer typing errors)!
The finished plans are on two pages that face each other so you can see the whole week at
one time. I have tried using a binder, but prefer to tape or glue pages into our regular
plan book so I can "fold" it back and take up less space on my desk.
If you have a question, comment, or suggestion, please send email and I will respond as soon as possible.
