We listened to
the song What a Wonderful World sung by Louis Armstrong.
Each student picked a line from the song to illustrate in order to
inspire us to create our class spring poem. The spring
title that we read together in library was Prince William
by Gloria Rand.
Spring Means ...
Special
days, skipping, sparks
Running,
rain, roses, rainbow
Ice
cream, innings, inchworm
Nest,
nuts, nature
Green
grass, gardens, games

We also participated in an experiment using oil and feathers to show
that oil and water do not mix well.... especially on beautiful
animals.
